| Licensed in 1991, Renee changed careers in order to relocate
to Young with her family. She joined Jim Young's team, Young
Realty & Investment, because of the additional training she
could receive and because of their established professional
reputation in Mogollon Rim country. By following the advice of
her peers, Renee quickly established herself as "The Young, Arizona
Specialist" within the Central Arizona Board of Realtors. Her
first year in the real estate business she received the "1992 Rookie
Listing Leader" Award for all new Realty World licensees practicing
in the state of Arizona.
Renee believes that knowledge is power
and regularly attends professional training courses. During
her second year in the real estate business she attended a higher
caliber or real estate courses in order to obtain the G.R.I. or
Graduate of the Realtor Institute designation. As soon as she became
eligible for it, Renee took the additional courses needed in
order to obtain her real estate Broker's license. In 1995 she
participated in ERA's Top Gun Program for licensees who want to
work more efficiently in the business in order to maximize their
productivity. Renee's Top Gun group were additionally
recognized as a "Top Team".
Renee's clients compliment her often for
taking the time to see that the details are handled properly. Apart
from being a buyer's Realtor and a seller's Realtor she has been a
Realtor's Realtor and an attorney's Realtor. Her focus on
